Effy has an unconventional business proposal here (http://effwords.livejournal.com/1892.html). Sticking to what she knows, she's interested in acquiring cannabis seeds and a small section of land (preferable) or VHO lamps (compromise) in order to jump start her business. She is hoping to trade for a period of complete sobriety on her part but she's willing to negotiate.
