Sylar's wanting to make a deal to get Elle Bishop's life back. Again. The post in which he's asking is here (http://makes-you-tick.livejournal.com/30028.html).

He'll probably try to make something similar to the original deal, discussed here (http://makes-you-tick.livejournal.com/19195.html)- however, since the character left the City before he'd finished paying for the deal last time, he'll probably be trying for a 'discount' this time...being powerless for less than a month or some such. And of course, if they want something else, he'll most likely give it to them.
