If you have a problem and you can't reach one of the mods, please comment here. Feel free to comment if you have a problem with an action that a mod has taken. Mods may be in a game to keep the players in line and make sure they follow the rules, but players should feel comfortable about pointing out if a mod has made a mistake. Hey there! Sorry about the confusion: just as a reminder, logs unfortunately don't count towards making activity according to the POLYchromatic rules. To make activity, you'll need to have two network posts by the character per month (plus any additional posts you have to make if you are reclaiming).

Since the character wasn't reclaimed in the most recent Activity Check (here (http://polychromatic.livejournal.com/225504.html)), we didn't know you had the intention to keep her (since sometimes people idle out, etc.). As such, the character was removed from gameplay. We're really sorry it caught you unaware, but we didn't know your situation.

Because it was a mistake, you can reclaim the character. However, we're still going to need to see the three posts from her for this month, since if you had responded to the Activity Check and reclaimed her then, it would have been three this month due to the activity check as well.

Please go to the Friend Add/Remove List and re-add Summer. And please in the future be mindful of the activity check! Also just as a note, according to our rules if three posts aren't made this month, she'll be in the "second strike" column, meaning she'd need three posts two months in a row or four posts in one month in order to be reclaimed!
